The role of a dramaturg is simple. We ask lots of questions.

 

We gently guide and probe until the writer gets to the essence of what they have set out to write, trusting that a firm structural foundation is in place as a result of a thoughtful collaborative process.

I love working with writers and I am always keen to read scripts at any stage of development.

I have extensive experience directing readings and facilitating script development workshops. I have also worked as a reader for some of the UK's leading new writing venues. I am a graduate of the Royal Court Young Writers Programme and hold an MSt in Creative Writing.
