Hello. My name is Carla. I am a strategist, communications consultant and leadership coach working between the UK and Aotearoa New Zealand.

 

I have 20 years' experience in the arts and heritage sector, working as a theatre practitioner, producer, arts administrator, communications specialist, and at strategic level for Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisations. I am a graduate of the Clore Leadership programme and an accredited relational dynamics coach.

 

As a consultant, I bring perspective and clarity to moments of uncertainty and change. I can help you take courage in your own process, maintaining focus on your people and values, while achieving your strategic goals. From one-off consultations to longer-term projects, I'd love to help you and your team achieve your aims. 

 

As a coach, I work with clients to help them achieve their goals - personal or professional - through a process of self-directed learning and discovery. From lightening 20-minute lunchtime sessions, to a longer programme of work, coaching is a supported and supportive space that can offer clarity, positivity and focus, welcoming whatever life may be throwing your way. 

 

Because who we are is as important as what we do, my recreation time is spent adventuring the great outdoors, with diving, climbing and open water swimming among some of my favourite pastimes. When I'm not under the sea or up a big hill, you'll invariably find me curled up with a book.
